Dr. Josephine is a dedicated physician with a passion for serving underserved populations. With years of experience in healthcare, she is committed to improving access to quality care, particularly in impoverished and under-resourced . Through volunteer work and on-the-ground service, she strives to create lasting changes in healthcare systems, especially in Africa, a place close to the heart. With a deep-rooted love for her homeland, Africa, she is dedicated to advancing health equity and making a meaningful difference where it's most needed.

Violet is a passionate and dynamic leader dedicated to improving the lives of the underserved populations in the northwest region of Cameroon. As CEO of the Joseph Ncho Foundation (JNF), Violet is at the forefront of transformative change in the region.
Licensed as an attorney in the state of New York and in Cameroon, Violet splits her time between Cameroon and the United States and is deeply committed to inclusive leadership, often engaging with local communities to understand their unique challenges and aspirations. She believes in the power of collaborative efforts and actively seeks partnerships with other non-profits, government agencies and private stakeholders to amplify the organization’s mission.
A consummate advocate for the respect and protection of the underserved and for the empowerment of women, Violet aims to impact the region by bringing awareness to health and legal initiatives, and educational and economic empowerment.

Clairence is a dedicated registered nurse with over twenty-two years of diverse clinical experience. Originally from Cameroon, she currently serves as a travel nurse in Canada, bringing deep expertise and compassionate care to every setting she works in.
Clairence began her nursing career in August 2002 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She quickly secured her first role as a Labor & Delivery nurse at St. Joseph Hospital in Houston, Texas. After two years, she transitioned to the Medical ICU with the initial goal of becoming a nurse anesthetist. However, after shadowing a nurse anesthetist, she discovered her true passion remained in direct patient care and critical nursing specialties.
Throughout her career, Clairence has continued to expand her clinical skill set, gaining hands-on experience in labor & delivery, intensive care, telemetry, cardiac procedures, emergency care, and community health. Her multidisciplinary training reflects a deep commitment to excellence and adaptability in healthcare.
Motivated by a long-term vision to return to Cameroon, Clairence is passionate about contributing to the improvement of healthcare systems both publicly and privately. She aspires to teach and mentor the next generation of nurses, helping to elevate healthcare practices and build sustainable capacity in her home country.

Driven by a lifelong passion for serving the underprivileged, Collins brings a strong blend of financial expertise and purpose-driven leadership to his role as CFO at JNF.
With a bachelor’s degree in accounting and over a decade of experience as an SEC auditor, Collins has developed deep proficiency in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial management. Currently serving as an Accounting Manager at Fresh Notions Group, a financial consulting firm, he leads audit and review engagements for clients across diverse industries. His work includes planning and executing audits, supervising teams, analyzing financial data, and ensuring adherence to GAAP and SEC standards. Known for his commitment to operational excellence and mentorship, Collins plays a vital role in improving business processes and financial transparency—skills he now applies to furthering the mission of JNF.

Sandra is a Barrister and Social Worker with a vast professional experience in safeguarding vulnerable people. Consequently, she has an ongoing passion to care, safeguard, and advocate the best interests of less privileged and vulnerable members of our society. In her free time, she volunteers for the local food bank and the St. Vincent de Paul Society, organisations which both aim to support the needy. Sandra would like to extend this "give back" to her home country of Cameroon hence her willingness to be part of the JNF initiative.

Lester is a dedicated and energetic professional from Bamenda, Cameroon, with a strong background in administration, community engagement, and humanitarian support. With a degree in Economics from the University of Buea, Lester has spent the past several years supporting NGOs and development organizations through roles in project coordination, office administration, and field research. His work has included managing budgets, facilitating training workshops, supporting displaced persons, and collaborating with international partners such as USAID, the World Food Programme, and the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative.
Known for his strong communication skills and passion for social impact, Lester has thrived in diverse environments—whether assisting with rural development projects, coordinating data collection for food security assessments, or enhancing organizational outreach through digital platforms. His hands-on experience and commitment to empowering communities make him a valuable asset to any team focused on sustainable development and inclusive growth.
